additional information
Payment for one person to participate in the IFD FAKRO Conference is 150€ (660 PLN). The cost for an accompanying person is 150 € (660 PLN).
Apart from this payment, participants (and accompanying persons) do not bear any additional expenses connected with attractions, competition and conference – it refers to the stay between 09 – 12/02/2012.

1. Any hotel services are covered by the participants, according to prices of the Activa hotel www.hotel-activa.pl,

Any stay and additional services at the hotel beyond the specified period are covered by the participants.

The Organizer does not provide any accident insurance. You are advised to buy a health insurance.

There is a possibility of organizing a free bus journey from the airport - Krakow - Muszyna - Krakow. In this case, prior notification concerning the number of people and time of arrival is required by 3/02/2012 at the latest.

Possibility of renting ski equipment (for participants in the competition). It requires prior notification to the organizer about the age, height, weight and size of ski boots.

We remind you of the need to have the proper ski/sport clothing.
The Organizer offers rooms for 1 or 2 people. In case of moving to a larger room or getting extra bed for children, you must report any changes to the Organizer. Extra charge per room will be settled individually at the hotel. Hotel Homepage: www.hotel-activa.pl
